RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel totally happy with your purchase and are working hard to make things that way. If you receive your item and change your mind we are happy to accept returns of full price items within 14 days of purchase. Please note: sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We ask you please to follow the return process below.
HOW DO YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM
Before you return please read the below conditions so you are not disappointed.
- To return an item email us within 7 days of receipt, at firstname.lastname@example.org and please ensure you have read the conditions below.
- The item must be returned within 14 days. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
- Please ensure you add your original proof of purchase or a note stating your name, order number, and reason for return inside the box so we can identify you.
- Please ensure you mark “RETURNED GOODS” on the outside of your parcel. If you are outside Asia please also mark “RE-IMPORT” and that the total cost of goods is $10 - if this is not marked and import charges are incurred this will be deducted from your total refund. We cannot be held responsible for any taxes or fees claimed by customs.
- Once you have contacted us at email@example.com, we will review your return request and provide return instructions.
- Please return your parcel to the address given to you in the instruction e-mail. Return address can be in Europe or Asia. We will always select the closest option to avoid import taxes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESSES YOUR REFUND?
Once we receive your item, it will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.
BoAime is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. Please ensure once you receive your tracking number you keep track of it. We will assume your item has been delivered if we do not hear from you within 30 days of your order being placed, after this time frame we cannot assist in finding this item and are not responsible for it's replacement.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED
We will refund your item via its original form of payment for the purchase. Once your item has been received and approved for refund we endeavour to process immediately but please allow 5 working days. You will receive an email confirmation of the return and refunded item and amount. We do not refund shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY
You are entitled to a full refund or exchange on any faulty goods. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the item and we will give instructions on how to proceed. We ask that you also send photos, so that we can review and ensure that this doesn't happen again.
Please note that faulty items do still follow our return guidelines, and we must be notified within 7 days, and the parcel in the post within 14 days of purchase.
RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM
SHIPPING POLICY - FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Most items are shipped from Vietnam or Belgium.
We will always do our best to deliver to you as quickly and as smoothly as we can. If you need your order urgently please let us at know by emailing email@example.com and we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.
In the extremely rare case that a parcel is lost or undelivered after 30 days, we will open a case with our courier. If this does not result in a resolution within 10 working days, we will resend or refund your purchase.
Orders will be sent via DHL international service. Delivery between 3-14 days (shipping can take longer due to customs or unforeseen circumstances once handed over to national mail service in destination country).
If you would like an express, guaranteed delivery date, we recommend asking for EXPRESS shipping option. Delivery time ranges country to country, but all are guaranteed within 7 working days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via the email address you provided at the check out. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local DHL office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your DHL office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.
All international orders require you to leave a phone number and can not be delivered to a PO Box or hotel.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & DUTY
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. BoAime is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
Please note that recipients will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
We are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed, unfortunately. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before going forward with your order, we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
All orders will be processed within 3 working days. During national holidays and the launch of new collections please allow five working days.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your designated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day.
